In case viewers don't know:
With practice, this is a pretty straightforward lab activity to do in the class. Use a small, $1 "feeder" gold fish from a pet store. Put some wet cheesecloth over the gills to keep the fish alive while you gently hold it down on the microscope stage. Quickly focus on a fin! Return the fish promptly to its bowl.

Yeah I've actually done that lab and it is really simple. It's still very cool to actually see the red blood cells moving through the capillaries.
